Should it be necessary to cancel or amend your reservation, please contact our Hotel Reservations team on 01204 373710 24 hours prior to arrival date, to avoid a cancellation fee of first nights stay. Please note that date changes may result in a rate change.
Check-In/Check-Out - Hotel check-in time is from 2:00 pm Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Late check-out can arranged, subject to availability and charges may subject to additional fees.
Deposit and Payment - The total of the first night stay will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be processed in the morning of your checkout day.
Damages - Charges will be made for any breakage or damages
Smoking - Strictly no smoking on the premises. There is an allocated smoking area located at the side of the building.
